    With our AI, mentoring programs can be easily scaled. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds of profiles, AI can analyze mentor and mentee profiles, including their skills, experience levels, career goals, interests, and personal preferences, almost instantly. This enables us to deliver programs at scale without sacrificing the quality of our understanding of each participant. Additionally, if participant availability changes, our AI can quickly adjust the remaining pool of participants into new pairs to best suit their circumstances.
