How do I access the system? And my data, is it safe?
Our system runs in the cloud, meaning you can access it anywhere with an internet connection. We value strategic partners with guaranteed service availability. We work with Microsoft and AWS, generating backup redundancy and secure access to data. Our company's solutions have already been approved in cybersecurity tests (pen test) by two of the global audits known as Big 4, and applied in some of the largest companies on the Brazilian stock exchange.
How does support work? Is it only with robots?
No! We value human contact. During your on-boarding process, you will be given all the contact channels with our team and you will be answered in a timely manner. In the event of an emergency, you can call your designated account manager during business hours and on weekdays.
Does the platform work for users with any physical limitations?
During our development, we tested the platform with visually and hearing impaired people, who praised our system. We have tested our solution with clients with these user profiles, but we do not hold specific certifications.

With our AI, mentoring programs can be easily scaled. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds of profiles, AI can analyze mentor and mentee profiles, including their skills, experience levels, career goals, interests, and personal preferences, almost instantly. This enables us to deliver programs at scale without sacrificing the quality of our understanding of each participant. Additionally, if participant availability changes, our AI can quickly adjust the remaining pool of participants into new pairs to best suit their circumstances. - Skills Matching
